  3. Moisturize your face daily. This is very important to maintain the moisture content in the skin. In winter season, the skin tends to become extremely dry and hence, you should massage your body twice or thrice daily using a moisturizer.
  4. Sunscreen is the most important component of a person's skincare regimen. Wrinkles are often caused by constant exposure to sunlight. So it is important to use sunscreen from your early years. Also, use sunscreen even during winter and on cloudy days.
  5. Chapped lips can cause a lot of pain and doesn't look good. To keep your lips soft, supple and moisturized, you should apply a lip balm or oil or gel.
  6. A humidifier will help to smooth the skin and revitalize it. Use a humidifier in winter as the skin tends to become dry during this season.
  7. If you are deprived of sleep, then your skin will appear dull, tired and saggy. You should get at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night if you want to have good, healthy-looking skin.
  8. Water is vital for maintaining good health. You should drink at least seven to eight glasses of water daily to keep your skin fresh and hydrated.
  9. Eat plenty of food items that are rich in vitamins and minerals such as oats, avocado, fruits and vegetables. Do not eat oily, greasy food as it can result in the onset of pimples.
  10. Exercise daily. This helps to thoroughly cleanse the skin and also enables excretion of waste from the body and intake of fresh oxygen.
